For Faculty
General Information
The purpose of this page is to help orient new faculty and staff in our college to the technology environment in the college. We will be adding information as we find things that we believe will be helpful in this regard. Also, please add any comments or suggestions at the bottom of this page. The primary source of information regarding computing-related topics in Harrington Tower and Heaton is Technology Services. The web site you are on was developed by this group for the purpose of providing technology-related information to the college. You should poke around a bit to see what we provide. If you need something that you do not find, feel free to contact our help desk via help@coe.tamu.edu or by dropping by our offices in 434 Harrington Tower. We are housed in the Dean's Office of the College of Education and Human Development and report to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Services Dr. Becky Carr.
The CIS Help Desk is available for questions or problems regarding university resources (Neo, LABS account, classroom computers outside of Harrington Tower or Reed, etc.). The help desk is available 24/7 at (979) 845-8300 and on the web at https://hdc.tamu.edu/
